Pamper the food lover in you with all the latest street fads from papri chaat to succulent kababs. The spread of street flavors are a part of the regular gala buffet started from 18th May and would run the complete month till 31st May.
The Street Food Festival will cover several different cuisines and gastronomes can pick delicacies of their choice from Asian, Thai, Japanese, Coastal, North and South Indian cuisines. The specially crafted buffet menu will provide the perfect platform for guests to savor some of the best street food in INR 1200 plus taxes per person. “Light, hot and fresh, we are preparing street food hygienically, while retaining the flavors and style as it is served elsewhere in the street pockets where they are eaten with much relish,” says Animesh Barat, F&B Manager.
Guests can explore street foods from Chana Zor Garam to Kolkata special Jhaal Moori. Finger licking Chole Kulche, Delhi Chaat, Pao Bhaji, Fish Chips, Singapore noodle station and Sushi Bar would further elate the spirits of the gastronomes. With this attempt, Okra, Jaipur Marriott is all set to take the street-food to a new level, by adding an international dimension to the currently available Asian options. Chef Sentila, teppanyaki master would take the foodies to the Japanese gastronomy with her skillets. “This is a unique event and is being organized first time in the heart of the city, we are set to attract a large number of visitors as Indian street food oozes with taste” says Chef Ravindra, Asian food expert. Backed by Chef Abhishek who is a connoisseur in Western food this food festival is sure to exemplify the Indian taste buds with myriad western flavors.
