Cous Cous salad comprises of the three main Cancer preventive agents “Turmeric, Ginger and Saffron” that is clinically proven to retard the growth of cancer cells causing prostrate cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, brain tumour, pancreatic cancer and leukemia amongst a host of others. It boasts of medicinal qualities that help lowering cholesterol, boost metabolism and kill cancer cells.
Details of the recipe are as follows:
Cous Cous Wheat 120 Grms
Turmeric 1 Gram
Salt/Pepper To Taste
Sun Dried Tomato 2 Nos
Olives (black/Green) 2 Nos Each
Mint Leaves 2 sprig
Lemon Juice 1 Nos
Ginger Dices 1 tsp
Bell Pepper Dices 15 Grm
Olive Oil 2 Tsp
Saffron 2 Ml
Pickle Onion 2 Nos
Lettuce Leaves 2 Nos
Recipe : Take a pan and add salt pepper, turmeric, cous cous, olive oil and Saffron. steam the cous cous for 5 minutes and chill immediately.
Now Add lemon Juice, Bell Pepper,Olives, Sun Dried Tomato, pickle onion chopped,dice ginger and Mix well add mint and Mould it On top of Lettuce Leaves and serve Chilled.
